Welcome to the 1st Inter-Civilization Dialogue on Youth Volunteerism: How youth can be a catalyst of change in the promotion of peace and in the attainment of 8 United Nations Millennium Development Goals?
This is a three-day event that seeks to inspire and motivate young individuals from different organizations, NGOs, and countries to become a real agent of change. It provides a perfect avenue to create dialogue and projects amongst different nationalities and be united as one. It is also a great chance to bridge cultural differences and eradicate biases and prejudices. It is place to develop friendship, understanding, resilient partnerships, networks, and harmony.
They will also equip themselves with knowledge about United Nations Millennium Development Goals and how young people such as young as them serve as a catalyst of change. They will also have the opportunity to exhibit their projects, provide photos and clippings of their country’s situation, and also develop antidote for pressing challenges on the United Nations Development Goals.

Food Accommodation and Transportation
Food, Accommodation, Transportation within Philippines, City tour, materials and workshop will be offered to the successful candidates.
Participants are responsible for round-trip travel cost from home country to Philippines. Participants are expected to seek financial support from their organization and other foundations.
We will notify the result of your application two days after your application. The selection will be on a rolling basis so we strong advise you to apply before the deadline because if we already have 150 confirmed delegates we will no longer accept any applications.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18-35 years old who are passionate for change and volunteerism. Applicants whose age is below 22 should submit a parental consent/waiver to the organizers. Failure to do so will forfeit your chance to join the event.
- Applications will be acknowledged on receipt. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of selection two days after the submission. They will be given a week to send their registration to the bank account indicated on the website
- Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their round-trip travel from home country to Philippines. No request for financial support can be considered. Participants are expected to seek financial support from their own organization and /or other foundations.
- All participants from outside Philippines must have their own travel insurance. If you want an affordable insurance cost you may approach us or you may request to include it to your registration fee.
