REGISTRATION IS EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 20.
* For those people who aren’t able to pay their registration fee they will be given until May 14 to settle it. If you can't pay until May 14 you need to BOOK your plane ticket.Otherwise we will give your slot to those who are waitlisted. As of the moment, we cannot offer any financial help to anyone but in the upcoming conferences maybe we can. If you do not reply to this email we will think that you are not interested to join the program anymore.
Hotel Arrangement and Pick up
All delegates will get hotel accommodation from May 25-27,2012 at Great Eastern Hotel Makati, Philippines. If you arrive earlier and leave later you need to shoulder your own expenses and ground transportation. We strongly recommend you to book the same hotel. Room Assignment
The room will be shared by 4 people. Different nationalities will be mixed up together so you can gain friends from other nations. Please observe cleanliness as our brothers and sisters need to pray.
Cultural Night
Each country is expected to do performance either singing, dancing, poetry reading and others. We would advised everyone to bring their national costume with them and to coordinate with the delegates from their home country to arrange their cultural presentation.
Dress Code
Everyone is expected to wear formal or smart-casual attire. As much as possible please do not wear jeans, slippers, or shorts. You may reserve those on the last day for a community immersion. The community immersion is doing volunteer activity like paint housing, lake restoration, or others.
Medical Insurance
We strongly advise everyone to get your medical insurance. We won't held responsible for anything that will happen to you during the entire event especially after. However, there are some medicines available in case people have headache, stomachache, and others To those who will make extension will be asked to sign a waiver.
Exhibit
Eight exhibit areas will be provided for each MDG. One board will be assigned in each MDG because of space constraint we will group each exhibit to the UN MDG goal it belonged. You can either make collage or clippings. It’s all up to you. If you need further information then you can contact us.
Below are the names of the people who want to have an exhibit. Please contact one another so you can divide the space equally. For those who want to exhibit in two or more goals please choose only one as we want to provide equally chances for everyone to display their previous and current peace projects!Kindly write your names below the goal you want to have exhibit with and send it back to us. The deadline for exhibit confirmation is May 10. After this we will send you the final list of the people to whom will you share the exhibit area with.
