Room Assignment
The room will be shared by 4 people. Different nationalities will be mixed up together so you can gain friends from other nations. Please observe cleanliness as our brothers and sisters need to pray.
TRAVEL AND LOCAL ARRANGEMENT
The international and national travel expenses to Manila, Philippines shall be borne by the delegates. All delegates should arrive on May 25, 2012 at Ninoy International Aiport or Terminal 3. Philippine Airline serves several international flights and connecting flights to Philippines.
Additional flight option is Cebu Pacific Airline through South East Asian countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, HongKong, Japan, China, and others. Please send us by email your flight details for your arrival and departure arrangement.

HOSPITALITY
The Organizing Comittee will provide accommodation. All delegates are responsible for their personal expenses such as mini-bar charges, room service, telephone calls, laundry service, use of business center facilities and internet. The delegate shall bear their own expense in case of extended stay.
MEALS
Breakfast will be provided daily at the hotel. All other meals will be provided as indicated in the program.
GIFT EXCHANGE
People can exchange souvenirs to their new found friends but it is not required.
LANGUAGE
The program will be conducted in English.
REGISTRATION AND VISA
The delegates should complete the application form and send it to us by 30 April, 2011 to facilitate our hospitality arrangements. The completed application form can be returned by email to our contact persons in charged below. It is therefore advisable that the delegates arrive in Manila, Philippines before the Opening Ceremony to be held at 1:00 p.m on May 25-27, 2012
Participants are requested to contact the Embassies of Philippines in their respective countries on the visa requirements. Some countries are eligible for Visa on Arrival upon their arrival at any major International Airport in Philippines.
